If your test is positive, our doctors can determine if you are eligible for anti-viral medications taken by mouth.

These pills are widely available throughout NYC and can even be delivered to your home without cost. However, you must start these medications within 5 days of symptom onset.

Please remember that if you have signs and symptoms of COVID-19 and get a negative test result on a home (rapid) test, you should repeat the test within 48 hours. Many people may test negative initially using the at-home tests.
